Listening to them trying to upsell customers during my visit was cringey, just go a little bit down the road to an actual repair facility and have your vehicle inspected and repaired properly. Two other women came in during my visit and the "we're here to help you" was laid on thickkkk by (who I assume to be) the manager as he waddled back and forth between the two bays barking commands at the other employees. I went there against my better judgement and quickly realized why I don't go to quick lube places: nothing is quick, their waiting room is nauseatingly hot, their "mechanics" have very little training, and clearly their licensed inspector lacks basic automotive knowledge. It blows my mind that places like this still exist.
