  That's their business and they do it right ! Forget anyone else (autobody shops, dealers) Safelite, they are vehicle glass specialists !! Great job as professional, fast and precise.

  This Safelite is exceptional in every way! It was a great experience with John as our initial service intake associate, with great manners and excellent knowledge to answer my questions about the repair and the use of insurance which I wasn’t sure about, since we just moved to NH from MA and we were surprised that glass coverage wasn’t possible in NH! Whaaaat?? But John explained the correct process to submit the paperwork to possibly get coverage! Also, John explained the chip repair with extra deep chips that are very small like the one I had do run the risk of cracking the windshield with the way the resin filling must be adjusted for, but what the heck, if a chip is left untreated, it can crack anyway, so I wisely chose to get the chip repair and hope for the best! And I got the best, which was Orkhan doing the resin filling! From the timely fashion of dealing with our chipped windshield, to the expertise of Orkhan in doing the expert repair! (If you have a chip, it is worth waiting to get Orkhan for his uncanny ability to get the chip done right!). The office manager was a great help, as well! She was very kind! The repair was so perfect on the chip, you could not see it on the outside at all after the repair, and we were so grateful for this since we have one of those “eyesight” windshields which can cost 1500$ to replace! ~So glad I did not wait to get the chip filled in and risk a spreading crack that would necessitate replacing the entire windshield ! Thank you for gold standard customer service that made me feel like a valued customer!! We love the Safelite standard of repair and have always used Safelite over the years, but not all Safelite’s are created equal in customer service! This Safelite has really, nice, friendly, attentive people and that made a difference in my experience of being treated like a valued customer! Thank you very much for all you did to help me out!

  Cody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my windshield replaced. He made everything simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. The service was efficient, professional, and overall a very positive experience. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention provided. I would definitely recommend this location and Cody to anyone needing auto glass service.
