  Came here last week for a simple oil change because as the website states, you can drive right into the bay and sit in your car while the oil is changed. Perfect, I have a new baby, that’s easy! Nope, park outside and then walk through the garage to their waiting area. Strike one. Strike two was when an employee gave me attitude for not wanting to give my address to the quick oil change company. You have my vehicle and I have money, you don’t need any personal information. The worst part was realizing the astronomical price this place charges. At the same time, my wife was getting an oil change at Prompto in Dover. Same exact oil, but actually a little more as she has a bigger vehicle. Why was my oil change $106 while my wife’s was $68? The work was done quickly (once the manager told the employee to stop hassling me for my address) and efficiently, but all the other aspects left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return. Prompto for life.

  Went in for headlight replacement and gentleman informed me it was just a weakened connection, adjusted it for me free of charge. Super nice, tysm!

  Personally wasn’t convenient enough to justify the cost. $210 for an oil change and new filter - when you know literal cost of material, this is very steep. I did go in knowing it would be a high cost for the convenience - but it took 30mins which is the same as a typical garage. Looking at the receipt; they claim to wash the windshield - they didn’t - not sure why they say they do when it’s so obvious. Not a big deal, but not sure why it’s on the receipt if they didn’t do it. The location in Google Maps gives a coupon for $15 off an oil change. They don’t honor it - so don’t attempt. I think it’s because the coupon doesn’t give something to scan no matter how you sign up for it and local staff can’t fix that - but corporate should be made aware they’re advertising something they can’t accept. Overall, unlikely to go back. If you are desperate for an oil change - people seem nice and seem to do a good job. - I’ll edit once I check to see if the fluids were actually topped off.
