The mechanic working on my car didn’t not tighten my oil plug tight enough and it therefore leaked and sprayed into other parts of my vehicle. Had to rent a loaner to get home for the holidays because of this. Couple that with the fact that this was the most I’ve ever spent on an oil change is insane. I’m glad this doesn’t seem to be their standard but unbelievably frustrating and costly.

The bays were all full when I got there but they had me in within 5 minutes. The techs were all smiling, friendly and professional. I was given options for add-ons (with information explaining what they are for) but zero pressure to do it right now. It was a great experience and I will absolutely be using them for now on. The price was exactly what I was quoted :)
