As it’s my work van and I use it week days I said I needed a Saturday apt. They obliged. Called, texted AND emailed me confirmation of my apt on Friday, the day before. At 754 Saturday, 6 minutes before my 8-12 window was to begin, I receive a TEXT with an updated apt for the next Tuesday. No call, no correspondence from the local shop. When I called the corporate number after getting no answer at the local shop they said that the part didn’t show up. Yet I was offered a next day replacement? Horrible customer service. Unfortunately there’s not many other options. Like I said the Texh was incredible.
