I did go in knowing it would be a high cost for the convenience - but it took 30mins which is the same as a typical garage. Looking at the receipt; they claim to wash the windshield - they didn’t - not sure why they say they do when it’s so obvious. Not a big deal, but not sure why it’s on the receipt if they didn’t do it. The location in Google Maps gives a coupon for $15 off an oil change. They don’t honor it - so don’t attempt. I think it’s because the coupon doesn’t give something to scan no matter how you sign up for it and local staff can’t fix that - but corporate should be made aware they’re advertising something they can’t accept. Overall, unlikely to go back. If you are desperate for an oil change - people seem nice and seem to do a good job. - I’ll edit once I check to see if the fluids were actually topped off.

My daughter went for a basic oil change and they charged her for their highest end oil change. They did not communicate ahead of time in any way. Just pulled her in and gave her the invoice for $120.
