  Ben's Auto Body arranged a rental here every time I have work performed on my vehicle. (Note: This does not mean that I am a bad driver! But I am not perfect either!) My memory is not the greatest but this was the first 🥇 time I was picked up by Enterprise and brought down to the office to conduct the paperwork. I was offered my choice of vehicle and I was offered a car similar in style to my own. It was so clean 🫧 I felt guilty for using it! I found the sensor ⚠️ warnings helpful but I hated the alarm 🚨 for not wearing my seatbelt, which I was using. A $50 deposit is required at the time of completion of the agreement. I was to receive my refund a few days after I returned the vehicle. I asked if I could get a ride back 🔙 to Ben's Auto Body and they provided it. The vehicle was inspected in front of me and I pointed out two scratches that I did not notice when I first picked up the vehicle. The woman who inspected the vehicle looked at them and said they were minor and not deep so it would not be an issue. Whew! She called me "an excellent customer" because I washed the vehicle, filled up the gas ⛽ tank and cleaned up the interior before returning the vehicle. Their parking 🅿️ lot is tight on space and active. I was worried I would accidentally scrape another vehicle. I would rent from them again. I do not know if they expanded their hours. I had to rent from Enterprise at the Manchester Airport because I needed transportation on the weekend and one of the sites I checked said they were closed 🔐 on the weekends. I would rent from them again.

  Horrible service/car from Enterprise. Rented a “premium” Audi Q3 the guy claimed was BRAND NEW for $1100, but it had grinding brakes from pickup—unsafe as hell, felt like it was gonna skid out every stop. Don’t ever rent this death trap. Massive L!! The so called “salesman” kept calling me for two days cause he wanted to confirm the rental but calling me multiple times to confirm it which i did confirm from the first call, shows how unprofessional the sales men there. I would give them ZERO starts if possible 👎👎👎

  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Portsmouth, NH on Mirona Rd. The customer service was consistently excellent, and Hannah in particular was above and beyond kind, incredibly patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The vehicles I received were always in great condition, and the whole process felt easy yet reliable. They were incredibly flexible with dates and times whether I needed to adjust my drop-off time or extend the rental period. The level of human understanding made a huge difference. What really stood out was the steadiness and professionalism of the whole team. There was a level of care and follow-through in the way they do their jobs that you don’t always find around here. Their consistency, attention to detail, and the way they treat people with patience and respect speaks volumes. That kind of quiet reliability often goes unnoticed, but it truly shapes the experience for customers like myself and I truly appreciated it.

  Needed a rental in a hurry for a family emergency. I called at 12:20, they said they would have a car ready at 12:30. Nice car, good service, didn't complain that I had a dog. When I returned the car a day early, they removed extra day charge. Everyone I spoke with was polite, accommodating and friendly. This is the way customer service should be.
