I'm giving the Plaistow location a 5 star review because of the out front management team that did the best they could to make sure I was happy with the tire purchase, the services, and pricing. The installation of my tires was longer than I wished, but I believe that this was due to a lack of staffing and technicians. Chris B, Chris C, and Brian got my truck in the same evening I called and began working on it the next morning. This location was really busy, and all customers that came in while I was there seemed please with their experience. I will go back.

They helped me out and I am extremely grateful! Chris and his crew are extremely helpful. I came in to change all my tires and then I asked for my TPMS sensors done since they could do it all together. He informed me my rear brake pads needed to be replaced so I said yes to that as well but not only did they offer me an extremely generous discount they gave me references and recommendations to places that can help me with what they could not and honestly I love that about mechanics it makes it so much easier for me as a customer to get my car fixed in time for my needs. Thank you to everyone who helped me, I will definitely be back lol

Out of 3 easy jobs, they managed to screw up two:
1. They installed MY new tires (purchased through Amazon) on July. In January one of the valves just fell out and caused the tire to go flat. My wife was stuck for hours trying to get a tow truck on a Sunday morning. They did fix it for free.
2. They installed a battery in July. In March the following year it got disconnected because the clamps were too loose. A mechanic fixed it in 10 minutes.
3. Oil change - no problem! Joy! It still took them an hour. As part of that, they also installed a new cabin filter for an outrageous $65.
Oh, and they wanted to charge $164 to replace a TPS for EACH tire (sensor); my new mechanic told me it's worth $50. Thanks for that.
I would recommend finding professional mechanics for your next job.

Purchased tires for over $1,100 in January 2024. At that time, they overcharged me somewhere around $85. The person helping me said he couldn’t refund me so wrote on the invoice that I’d get a free full synthetic oil change and signed the invoice.
I went in to the store recently with the invoice, looking to get it redeemed. It was a fiasco where the person at the desk had to call the district manager. No one at the store could handle it. I don’t know what was said but I never got a chance to talk to any manager. Sounded like the district manager was the one in charge. It reminded me of the Wizard of Oz hiding behind his curtain (his phone) working through the guy at the desk. Told him the best he could do was give me an oil change at half the normal price (around $45). So not only did they keep my $85, but they are looking for me to spend another $45 so in total it would cost me $130 for an oil change. They used the excuse that it’s not the same car (same make and model but 3 years newer) and they don’t know who signed the invoice but bottom line is they gladly kept my $85 for 2 years and want to make more off of me by charging me for an oil change. Will never go back to these shysters again.
