- MSMike Shaw5 days ago1.0Normally I don't write negative reviews since i don't believe they ever really matter. This was a tough one. I just wanted new tires. I called and asked for a quote and was told theu were having a sale starting the following week. Cool. I waited and dropped my truck off. No "sale" was given. I can move on from that no problem. I also got the token call saying my brakes were dangerously bad. I was going to do them myself but whatever, this place had good reviews so let them do it. A third call saying a haf a frozen caliper. They told me they tried "everything" and just could not get the pins out. Add a new caliper to the bill. Go to pick my truck up and ask to see the caliper. It is no where to be found. What a surprise. Final bill was about 3 times what i was expecting. And the nail in the coffin. I go to start my truck to leave and the battery is dead. I know this one review wont mean much to this business but if i can help one person then i will be happy. This is the classic shady car mechanic type place. They WILL try to take advantage of you. Find a small private shop instead. You will be much better off.

No charge and got my spare put back on safely as they didn’t have the matching tire in stock. Good people here and if I lived nearby I’d do all my business with this one shop. Super grateful to this team on such a great day for me.
