Its now Monday the 10th of November at 2p.m. I just had the BEST customer service by a young gentleman. He went above and beyond for me. I wish I got his name. This business is lucky they have him for an employee.

Went in today for what should have been a simple purchase and was talked down to by an employee as if I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. After several irrelevant questions and me explaining too many times that I was just looking for a 30 amp, 4 prong relay ( which was not with the fuses for some reason) I eventually told him I was all set and walked out without the part. As a woman I have been talked down to in auto parts stores before but it has been a while. I’m a professional commercial driver with plenty of mechanical knowledge and experience doing repairs. I was so shocked that this man, who as far as I know is a retail cashier, would treat a customer so poorly during what should have been an easy trip to the store. I purchased it elsewhere and spent less time replacing the piece than I had spent being questioned by this employee. Go to advanced or oriellys and save yourself the annoyance of interacting with this guy.

I had the best experience while trying to purchase a new battery for my car, thank you Aaron for reminding me why I always choose auto zone. This location has always been helpful, respectful, and transparent which something that’s incredibly important to me as a young woman with little to no car experience. Will absolutely recommend!

I went here to pick up a Water Pump for my Jeep. I did all my research before I left to pick it up. I printed the Sku Number#, Part#. I even called to make sure the Pump was actually in stock. Once I got into the store, the counter help brought out a totally different part number and told me that's the only part they had. It was $22 & change more than the one I had chosen. Being the nice guy I am and not wanting to hold up the line of people, I just said fine, I'll take it. Once I was out of line I showed it to another counter worker and I told him that I had called to verify they had the right one in stock. He looked at my print out and told me that the other guy gave me the wrong part number. I worked at a parts store in Lawrence when I was a teenager in 1985 ( No Computers ). It is NOT a Hard job to pick the right parts. A 5 minute transaction turned into a half hour transaction. When you know more than the guy working there. It's pretty obvious that he should NOT be working the counter !
