- SDStephanie Dionne3 days ago1.0My Daughter went to Autozone because of a battery light. They tested her battery, and the alternator, and said the battery was old and should get one soon. When she asked if she would be safe to drive home (on highway) she was told she would be fine. Her car dashboard lights lit up the minute she got on the highway and had to pull over. She ended up needing a battery and alternator . You should train your people better!! Thankfully she was safe and nothing happened while on the side of the highway at night.

Unfortunately since I wasn’t in the parking lot they couldn’t let me take a jumper, but Joel offered to bring me back to my truck and jump me! I had called a friend on the way over who had gotten back to me and was on his way so I didn’t need to take him up on the offer , however Joel was able to look up in my customer history that the last battery I bought was still under warranty and I could get a replacement at no cost ! While I waited for my friend to come the guys in the store checked with me to make sure I was really all set and offered again to help. Great team in this store. I am a business owner myself and don’t often say I received excellent customer service, but I absolutely did in this instance. Thank you Joel and the rest of the Plaistow Autozone team !
