No phone number, email, etc. Eventually found a website and messaged them with pictures showing the door failure, etc. They did reply, said they got some sort of alert about the failure (but obviously weren't onsite to resolve the problem) and we could take the car another day to get the car wash we'd paid for. They advertise the business as 24/7 however they provide zero contact information and they aren't onsite 24/7, so they are not providing the 24/7 service they advertise!
- DPDale PiercyOct 4, 20253.0I got the $16 special. The car looks good on the front and sides but the guy whose job it was to pre-wash with the mop device missed a lot on the rear of the car. The automated system also missed these areas.
