He had longer hair I think and was wearing a gray manager shirt,I hope he gets the recognition he deserves,not only did he not try to upsell me on a battery when I explained I couldn’t afford a very good one but when he realized they were all out of the cheap option he took his time with me to find one that had the same capacity and similar size for cheaper,excellent service and will always go here for my auto parts,thank you autozone

After checking with a couple of local auto shops everyone was booked out. Went to AutoZone and spoke to mark. We plugged the car into diagnose it and it was a coil misfiring. Luckily they had coils in stock and mark walked us through changing it out and we were able to get home back to RI successfully!! Mark you were a total LIFESAVER! super helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this autozone if you ever need anything!
