  Definitely recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes! My car needed 4 new tires and they had great options to choose from. I was able to pick out what I wanted. They were also able to take my car at the same time and it only took about an hour to get me squared away. The staff was great too. I will use them the next time I need tires.

  Second time here for getting a tire repaired due to running something over. First time was a simple repair and second time a new tire was needed. Both times Brian the Manager was very pleasant. Work was done promptly and as promised and no hidden fees. They even accommodated an oil change that was coming due without an appointment while tire was being replaced.

  Man let me tell you these guys here Manager Brian and Master Mechanic Taylor saved my week!!!! I caught a piece of metal on highway causing my trailer tire to rip. I accidentally ran into this tire shop while delivering to the base near by and stoped in hoping they could help and I was NOT disappointed !!! THESE FOLK HERE KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!! Got me in 5 mins and put me out 5 mins later!!!! Highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes. Shop inside super clean and friendly staff!!!!! You have to come by!!!! Prices are ridiculously low!!!!!! Best tire shop I’ve visited yet!!!! 5 star!! Will be back for sure !! Thanks team!!!

  Told me I needed a new suspension and struts on a 2023- completely false. Took it elsewhere for a second and third opinion, they both stated it was like new! Go to Davies or Town Fair- I PROMISE you will be happier!!! Eduardo Feliz the regional manager will not HELP if there is any issues. He told me its was my fault for trusting the technicians at his store (Mavis) in newington. They are total scammers!!!

  I came to Mavis to get some new tires put on my car because i still had snow tires on. Taylor worked on the install and he did a great job! No complaints here. Very time efficient as well! Two out of the four tires I had removed we're bad anyway and needed to be thrown out. However two of them were still good snow tires. So I was supposed to get my snow tires back so I could use them throughout the next long Maine Winter. I paid for the install when they were finished, ( which was actually $50 less than what I was told originally it would be. So that's always good to save money.) And I was on my way. I got all the way to Massachusetts before I looked in my trunk and realized there were no tires. So I called them and told them I would be back on Tuesday for them because I wasn't going to turn around. We had plans to go to Great Wolf Lodge. They agreed to hold them until I pick them up on tuesday. However today I came back and Taylor had to break it to me that somebody threw them out. Even though he told everybody I was coming back for them. I mean stuff happens, but that sucks. But before I could even express my frustration, the manager Brian and Taylor started collaborating to figure out how to rectify the situation and make it right. They came up with a solution and gave me two brand new tires. Which was totally amazing because really, they could have told me I should've come back the moment I realized I didn't have them. I mean that would have been a jerk move. But they had every right to do that. And they didn't they were so amazing. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back again. Thank you Brian and Taylor!!!!
