I asked him if there was any way someone could put air in my tires for me and I didn’t mind waiting. He was so polite and said he could absolutely have someone do that, just have a seat..I was taken care of promptly and I just had to let you know I was very impressed with Brian…very polite and professional The gentleman that put air in my tires was super polite..I think his name was Leo🤔and there was a girl that took my keys and she was super sweet..Thank you all for treating a customer with such class I will never forget it!! It was a 2010 White Chrysler Sebring in case I got Leo’s name wrong..Thank you Brian for the great customer service😊

Straightened out my crooked steering wheel. A few days later I noticed my tire pressure sensor had gone off. Brought it in and Brian and Alex got me in immediately. Turns out the internals of the Schrader valve was defective from the factory. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Very happy customer.

Having recently had my snow tires out on at a different tire shop, I kept having issues with my tire light coming on, and originally had assumed it was due to the cold weather. I found myself with what I thought was a flat tire and managed to get home to the area from work with stopping several times to put air in it. My first stop was to store I had snow tires put on. They were busy and unable to do what they assumed was a flat repair until the middle of next week by drop off only. I left holding back tears and hoping just to make it home to figure out my next move. As I drove home, I decided to pop in to Mavis-and I am so glad I did! They were visably busy and I wasn't the most hopeful and felt very defeated. Brian, at the front desk, was very upfront they were short staffed, and very busy but put me at ease. I waited as Lee and David worked to get through what they already had scheduled. As I waited they were understanding of my situation and I felt very supported the entire time that they would get me back on the road. Every interaction I witnessed the guys took time to explain everything to every customer and were all very friendly an patient. Thanks again guys for your exceptional customer service!!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and genuinely caring service and thanks again for getting this stranded single mother home to her kiddo!
