We're at the Newington NH , location we had a appointment for 9:30am . We were here on time and to my our surprise they never got to our car until 11:20 . I asked what was the point in making the appointment and I was rudly told that all that did was hold my place in line not guarantee a time.
This normally wouldn't bother me exept the fact I am on oxygen. And need to account for my time out to make sure I have enough with me when i go out.
I asked were the restroom was and the same gentleman firmly stated that someone was in there. And never did tell me where it was or if lt became available.
Very unfriendly for a first visit and it will be the last visit. To this location or any location as far as I am concerned at this point.
At the same point they have a monitor In the waiting room to watch the work going on.. There 3 guys working and one mostly standing around.

This place is great! I had to have my tires replaced on short notice and the guys at the front desk were super accommodating. The pricing for a tire installation was very reasonable and I was also pleasantly surprised at the low cost of a break pad replacement and installation.

I tried to have a screw removed and tire plugged at Sullivan tire but they said they were closing in 10 minutes and all repair personnel went home for the day. Went to Mavis tires instead. I parked the car and gave my key to the repair specialist and went inside to fill out paperwork. No sooner did we gave the paperwork done and the car was parked out front and fixed. It took these guys less than 5 minutes for the repair. Great work and I highly recommend Mavis tires.

I rarely leave reviews on here, but just had a really surprisingly good experience at Mavis Tires in Newington today. The location is just a little bit off the beaten track but it was well worth it to go there. My day had been off to a rough start with a tire that was going flat so fast I was nearly stranded on the side of the road. The first place I went was Town Fair Tire up the road but they wouldn’t even look at it- said they were too busy. So I went down to Mavis and was in a pretty desperate and foul mood at that point. I was greeted right away by someone who seemed surprisingly decent and kind. I try not to judge people by their appearance and demeanor but tire guys are often pretty rough and gruff. The people at Mavis seem to make an extra effort to and genuine concern for customers like me who show up all frazzled and distressed about a flat tire. They brought my car in to the shop right away and found 2 nails in the tire. They weren’t able to repair it but they ended up driving all the way down to Seabrook to pick up the right tire for my car and didn’t charge extra for it. I was really impressed that they did that and felt truly grateful that a bad or at best neutral transaction could end up being something so positive. They really could’ve taken advantage of the fact that I didn’t have a donut and charged extra. I will definitely go back to Mavis instead of Town Fair Tire the next time I need work done on my tires or brakes.
