The tire salesman I spoke with had zero knowledge about tires and was completely unhelpful over the phone. I clearly stated the make and model of my car, the exact tire size, and the brand I was looking for—multiple times. Despite this, he repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over, showing that he either wasn’t listening or didn’t understand the information being given. My answers were more than exact, yet the conversation went nowhere. Instead of providing guidance or confirming availability, he seemed confused and unprepared, which is unacceptable for someone whose job is literally to sell tires. This was a total waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism, product knowledge, and basic listening skills. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff or helpful service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere
