Called to see what time appointments were available, they said “right now is good” dropped off my car for 10a for an oil change and A/C, fan work because I’ve been sweating bullets in the 100° weather this year and today was the only time off I’ve got during the mid-day I’m not at work. Called at 1p because my phone had been off and wanted to see how much it’d cost for everything and in THREE HOURS TIME hadn’t even started the oil change. “We sent the mechanic to lunch” ok.. what about the other two hours you had with it? If you can’t even be bothered to do a 10-15min TOPS oil change in 3hr, I knew they’d prolong the A/C, fan fix and call the up charge “maintenance and labor fees”. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but Sullivan on Amherst St. these folks do not value anyone’s time.
