So now waited 3 additional days, with no rear view mirror making it even more unsafe. Just left the mirror hanging and swinging around which would have snapped the flimsy arm that holds it in place if I hadn’t removed it myself after the tech left. Customer service apologizes and says I’ll receive $100 discount for the mistakes but when the tech comes out days later to try again, no discount and manager says he knows nothing about it lol. Extremely poor customer service and planning. Tech was polite and professional just no one cares when they mess up and inconvenience you. I took the day off of work to have that done and lost that pay for no reason.
