  Horrible experience they never called me back or and couldn't find my info I left with customer service. I had to chase them for answers. Called and the AI was horrible couldn't get through to a real person. They denied helping me and told me they couldn't help me and to call another glass place because I just needed a remove and reseal of my current tailgate glass since it was already loose and I wasn't buying a whole new window! I called Granite State Glass and had an exceptional experience and glad I went with them! I would find any other glass place other than Safelite who don't want to help anyone with something they can't make a dollar on!

  Showed up on time and very quickly performed the task of replacing the windshield. Technician was very professional and communicative. I would recommend the convenient service. Replaced it in my driveway on a Saturday morning.

  From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Safelite. I did the appointment on line and chose to compare insurance versus cash and it automatically billed me the cheaper price thru insurance. The technician arrived at a decent hour and estimated work time was between an hour to 2 hours . Maybe 40 minutes and I had a new windshield . Again like I recommended on the survey thru Safelite and this review . My technician deserves a bonus . Best customer service in any type of auto service .

  Very happy. Easy to make an appointment. I got a text to let me know the tech was on his way and he arrived on time. The whole replacement only took about 30 minutes, and that included transferring our registration sticker and EZPass to the new windshield. Highly recommend.

  Gave 3 stars only because they did actually replace the windshield. Would have given lower if they didnt replace it. Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. originally. They called 30 minutes before and said they needed to reschedule cuz the windshield they were going to use had a scratch on it. Not sure why they don't look at these things a day before to be ready. Rescheduled me for the following week. Had to drop it off because they said I needed to get my cameras recalibrated after so couldnt don it at my house. They called me just as they started the job and said they weren't going to recalibrate them because I had aftermarket wheels on it. I questioned them on it and they said it's because it affects the ride height. I drive an SUV. My wheels are an inch bigger but a lower profile tire. Ride height was exactly the same as it is with stock wheels. Also my ride height adjusts depending upon what drive mode you're in. My son works in a dealership and said that that's the reason why they hate using Safelite because they don't do the job correctly and have to get it fixed afterwards. When I went to pick up my car, I looked at the receipt and they still billed for the recalibration even though they didn't do it. Honestly my insurance company is paying for it anyways so I don't really care, but I questioned them anyways. They said " oh yeah, we'll take care of that after when we go to submit the invoice.... ".... So now I have to bring my car back to the dealership to get it recalibrated since they won't do it. Basically was a crappy experience all around. Next time I need glass replaced, I'll use a different company. Only use them because they were down the street from where I live and they came up first on a search.
