  I recently purchased a car at Lovering. I was very pleased with the service from test driving cars through the purchase. I worked with Dan who asked me at the very beginning what I was looking and what my budget was. He never tried to change my mind or my budget. He asked me what must haves were and took it from there. I was very happy with my purchase. The night I picked up my car he spent over 30 minutes going over the details of the car. The reason I went there in the first place were the amazing reviews the dealership had and I wasn’t disappointed in the least! They definitely lived up to their reputation. Thank you Dan and Lovering for a great experience and car!

  Working with Franny to purchase our 2025 Volvo XC90 was truly such a great experience from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in, he took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the features of the XC90 in detail, and make sure we felt confident in our decision. His knowledge of the vehicle and the buying process made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Franny never made us feel pressured — instead, he was patient, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and informed. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but he made it enjoyable and seamless. We absolutely love our 2025 Volvo XC90 and are so grateful for Franny’s guidance and support. I would highly recommend working with him if you’re considering a Volvo — you’ll be in excellent hands!

They were patient and kind, providing enormous amounts of information and offering great suggestions to make sure I chose just the right car for my needs. I’ve never had such a relaxed, enjoyable experience buying a car before. I highly recommend working with the Lovering team. The new car is pretty awesome too.

  I specifically want to call out Nick, Nicolas and Cam for providing both a refreshing and professional car purchasing experience. We were interested in the new EX90 and had plenty of experience with EVs. There was no pressure for a quick sale from Nicolas - we were able to spend some time with the car with a test drive and ask any questions we had once we got back. We mentioned we needed more time and were treated with nothing but respect from Nicolas. We came back the following day and asked for another test drive and had a few follow up questions that Nicolas answered right away. We were able to meet with Cam to go over all financing options in great detail. Nick came in to introduce himself and also helped explain the options. Upon delivery, the car required an update which caused a delay in pick-up. Nick, Nicolas and Cam promptly arranged an equivalent loaner until everything was resolved. I am extremely thankful for our experience with the Lovering team and we will be a returning customer. Highly recommend.

  The respect and transparency I was shown from the very first phone call made the decision to work with this team an easy one. Nick McIntyre was professional, patient, and worked tirelessly with me to find the perfect vehicle and the exact options I wanted. He took the time to walk me through every feature, answer every question, and help me navigate the process in a way that made me feel completely confident in my decision. He kept me in the loop even on his days off to ensure everything was moving smoothly and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I genuinely enjoyed working with Nick, and he's what made my experience here exceptional. It’s clear he truly loves what he does and prioritizes trust, transparency, and high level service. That standard is clearly reinforced by leadership. Nick, the General Sales Manager, was involved throughout, checked in multiple times, and always greeted me by name when I was in the dealership—a small but meaningful detail that reflects how this team treats its customers. The Finance Department matched that same approach and was very helpful, professional, and completely pressure-free. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely committed to high-end customer service, but they delivered at every turn. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to Nick McIntyre and the rest of the Lovering team, you have a customer for life!
