The service person checked and told me the oil was clean and I had fully synthetic oil. Meaning I had another 2000 miles before an oil change was necessary. So nice, they could have taken my money and done an oil change I didn’t need. I went back 2000 miles later.

I pull up and they proceed to tell me that they don't have a lift that will hold my car to inspect it. Ummmmm what?!?! It's a Chevy Traverse! It's a mid size SUV! So you are telling me that you can't do any inspections on an SUV or bigger? I think they just didn't want to do it cause it was close to 5pm when they told me on the phone was their cutoff time. Maybe they should let people know that their lift can't handle any cars either while they are at it. Insane. Do yourself a favor a don't bother to go here.
