He explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained to me the importance of what needs to be fixed and why and made the whole experience less stressful. Generally, I like to communicate with Gabriel because his greeting is sincere and he’s always glad to see me. He and the entire team are well versed and experienced with what they do. This is my third set of weatherready, and this time I purchased the newest being WeatherReady 2. I am a huge fan of these tires for the weather conditions in New Hampshire. They are smooth ride and rated 9 to 10 ice and snow. Best tires! And over the years, I’ve tried them all as far as Michelin, other brands, etc. But I am a huge Goodyear WeatherReady fan. And a huge fan of Goodyear Main Street Nashua. Special thanks to Gabe.
- CRCori R.Oct 15, 20251.0I came 5 minutes early for my appointment. The man at the desk was friendly and polite. All I needed was an inspection sticker. I waited over an hour for just an inspection sticker. They said I failed for my breaks. Ok. I understand I need to get them done. My warning light wasn’t on and I didn’t have any grinding. Then they try to upsell me on other things as well. Cabin filter… that I had just replaced, shocks… Absolutely disgusted that it took so long. I couldn’t be more unhappy. With how long they took and how they handled it.
