I reached out to Gills Point for a quote two weeks ago due to repairs a dealership told me my car needed (both rear toe arms replaced), and based on the price that Gills quoted, I scheduled the repair to be done on December 17th. Dropped my car off in the morning, and received a phone call from Erica around 10am asking why I think I need to replace the rear toe arms. I read what the dealership said a few weeks prior, and she said the mechanic will double check everything but on the initial review he could not find a reason to replace the toe arms. Two hours later my car was ready for pickup and the shop found no reason to replace the toe arms. This shop is honest and care about customers! Good people and deserve a lot of business!
