  All i needed was a rear wiper blade. A very professional and helpful young lady was the first to greet me. She then proceeded to look up and take me to the part. Even better, she installed it for me, very proficiently. Wonderful experience. Oh, and then she proceeded to tell me that their store is open until 10 pm every day until Sunday, when it’s open until 9 pm.

  If I could give this location, a zero, I wouldfor one individual Jeff Who is an assistant store manager I might add . Who used Foul language towards me and actually physically put his hands on me in front of my child of the age of 9 and made him cry and had to go to the Nashua Police Department to file a report over an item I purchased let me be clear I was an assistant store manager at Autozone and I promise you this is not how Autozone works and in order for the employees to be better. The management needs to be trained better. what happened was absolutely unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. That is a public environment where people bring families to purchase auto parts. It was a complete and utter embarrassment and as I left, several customers approached me and said I cannot believe he treated you like that in front of your child.

  I absolutely love the customer service. I had issues with the windshield wiper with the clip kept on coming off. The man was kind enough to give me a new wiper free of charge!

  The one star is for the employee that actually does his job and isn't a lazy human being that should not be employed like his coworker. Picked up my car at town fair tire they informed me my car wouldn't start and needed a new battery. Drove up to autozone to get a new battery. Checked out with an older guy with a gray long beard (wish I got his name) around 3pm on Saturday. (They close at 9pm) was told they couldn't put the battery in today by him but I can come back Tuesday... thankfully a 5 star employee heard the conversation from the back and said a battery? That takes 10 minutes. No one wants to be outside in the 10 degree weather but that's our job dude... and exactly what he said THATS YOUR JOB... thankful for him but the guy that checked me out tried to send me to the Amherst st auto zone to see if they could do it when there was about 3-4 capable people including himself that could've done it..
