  0 stars. Paid $1700. In advance for a new awning to be installed. They took the money and ran. NEVER give these people money, EVER. There are dozens of complaints like this Everywhere! BEWARE. Never received my installed awning, no refund and I have had to sue and file complaints. They have done this alot. You have been warned. The positive reviews are from them and thier families. All lies

  I called 3 times and left 3 messages and sent a message thru there Web page like they suggested..still no response from them... Are they still in business or on vacation..

  Lisa, the accountant/secretary of the business, made several “mistakes” on estimates she and Ron wanted to charge for parts to fix my camper. The valve to fix furnace was $110 no problem, escape hatch vent $200 no problem, 2 batteries ($325 each) to charge off a PORTABLE SOLAR system (originally priced at $398 on the estimate) after the payment processed for the original estimate for well over $1000, Lisa calls my family member to explain she made ANOTHER mistake on the estimate and she needed to charge EXTRA $189 on top of what we already paid. And none of this payment goes to pay for their labor when they install these said parts. I did research online various sites, the toilet they said they could not find or source for me for less than $1000, I found over 100 available toilets for sale via Amazon and EBay for $200. I also researched the portable solar system and that is priced as well online for much less money than what Lisa/Ron were OVER-charging on my estimate. I spoke to Lisa on the phone this morning, after she lied to my family member yesterday about speaking to me (she hasn’t spoken to me on phone in over 3 weeks), she explained that if we didn’t pay her the extra $189 for the portable solar system because “it might have different wires or something” (her professional response) then they would not be able to do the job. I told them I wanted to pay for the valve, the escape hatch door replacement, and solar batteries ONLY, this morning, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! This is complete nonsense, these guys gave me the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I’VE had in years. For the amount of money they charge for parts/service you might expect them to be kind enough to say thank you for the business. Instead, they actively ignored emails/voice messages I left for their team over the past month. They also refused to be honest with their pricing, and do the job like they said they would do!!! I am irate as a customer could be, they have ALSO charged our credit card for the invoice of parts, and no refund has been made yet! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, they started their business not even a year ago, and based on my month long experience with them, their operation needs to learn a lot in how to become a professionally responsible & accountable employer! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I paid $220 for a one hour 45 minute diagnostic they “looked” and “tested” my camper for… they DID NOT FIX ANYTHING FOR ME, they over charge on their labor-fee $90 per hour. AND THEY LIE ABOUT THE PRICES THEY GET ON PARTS. My advice to them as a business: BE HONEST BE TRANSPARENT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES! It’s apparent to me I made the greatest mistake of all driving all the way from Boston to get this work done. And they hung up on me, I never once spoke disrespectfully to anyone at their business. As a customer, I am appalled that they do business this way! BEWARE OF R&L RV repair, they ripped us off!
