There are dozens of complaints like this Everywhere! BEWARE. Never received my installed awning, no refund and I have had to sue and file complaints. They have done this alot. You have been warned. The positive reviews are from them and thier families. All lies

After that he fixed all other issues in a timely manor. Everything looks great.
