  This my first oil change as my late husband always took care of the vehicles. The crew was kind, they took their time explaining everything. They were so polite, helpful, and understanding. I was nervous about the experience prior to going but I will absolutely be back.

  I have been taking my families four vehicles to the valvoline location in Milford NH for years now and always received great service; on 4-14-26 I took my 1988 C1500 in for service and had to supply my own oil (10W-30) the tech took the oil as they have in the past. It wasn’t until well into the replacement of the oil the assistant manager, who was taking care of me, told me the price. I showed him a $20 off coupon that showed no restrictions on it. He refused to take the coupon stating “the last time you were in here back in the fall before you put your truck away for the winter I got in trouble for using your coupon, if you supply your own oil, coupons are not valid” I told him with costs everywhere being so high it helps when you’re able to save here and there; also because I have to bring my own oil because they do not stock the one my truck uses. The manager came over and verified the assistant managers words and suggested to use 5w-30. I am not a car guy so I want to stay with what this old engine knows. After my visit I called a competitor and they have 10w-30 in stock, filter, and tire rotation is $30 cheaper then what I paid at valvoline! I am very disappointed.

  trying to upsell air filters which I know are good because there were out in 2 months ago and barely had anything on them. seemed disingenuous and trying to play on FUD fear uncertainty and doubt, actually said my engine could break. seriously? come on..... no I don't want windshield wipers, so I want is an oil change. and they require your phone number otherwise the oil change isn't warrantied.... I've never heard of an oil change being warrantied, but I suppose it's a thing that was at the beginning of the conversation before I realized that it was going to be upsell upsell upsell upsell had I known that the engagement was going to be like that, I wouldn't have given them my phone number

  We just had our car serviced at Milford location and they offered an excellent service. Assistant manager Matthew and the rest of the team was really friendly and experienced. Strongly recommend!!!
