  Wow! What can I say, this location and Mariah inperticula is a life saver. After a really bad experience at the Leominster Enterprise location I called and spoke to Mariah who was pleasant and after talking to her I was totally convinced she would have a big van for us for our upcoming trip. I called again the day before our rental and a gentleman confirmed that Mariah had a van set aside for us. I showed up and had to wait a little bit for Mariah to free up as she was the only one running the show. She was very professional and courteous and answered all our questions. The van was spotless and in great shape. Can't be happier with the service and professionalism we recieved from Mariah. We were almost done with Enterprise but she turned us around!

  I’ve never had any problems with enterprise until this past weekend. Pick up was Saturday at 12pm. That’s what the confirmation said. It did not say 9 AM to 12 PM. Well apparently the Milford branch closes at 12 PM on Saturday. We arrived at 12:15pm. No one called from the branch to find out if we were coming. The reservation was made over three months ago. Made several attempts to contact enterprise to find a new rental at a different location. Spoke to several representatives who made promises to have someone call me back. No one has called me back. This happened on Saturday and I still have not received a call from anyone I will never use enterprise ever again. We rented a car from Hertz on Sunday. Lost $ on our rental for Saturday but lesson learned.

  I've rented from this location twice and both experiences were great! Despite a short rental, Mariah sent out a driver to pick me up. She gave me a free upgrade and a choice of cars. When I had a need that went beyond the agreement in the contract, on a Sunday when they are closed, Mariah responded to my email within an hour and gave me the flexibility I needed to address my situation. Thanks Maria and company for going above and beyond!

  The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Milford, NH is fantastic! Not only did I get a reasonable rate on my weekend rental, but I also got a free upgrade. Kyle and Mariah were exceptional in the service they provided. I definitely will rent from this location again .
