- MIMichael Mize II1 day ago1.0Ive been using this milford Valvoline for years and after today's visit I will not be returning to this location. My last visit i was rudely confronted by the manager who informed me that I should not use the car wash first that is conveniently located across the parking lot because his technicians will get wet. Which by that standard leads me to believe that during any inclimate weather there whole operation should be closed? That was a very odd visit to say the least. Then today. Less than an hour ago during check out the technician who was checking me out had to request a csm over ride for a veteran discount (disabled combat veteran.). The csm that came to his assistance was the same manager that I spoke with before. After completing the over ride smirkingly remarked that "thats what happens when its used to much". After his comment a glow of smirks emitted from his peers, anyone within ear shot had gone woke. Anyways its news to me that someone could use a veteran discount "to much", but that was the last straw for me. Without even requesting a discount I had just been shamed for having a veteran license plate. The irony of this is I have no other complaints in regards to the operation aside this particular managers behavior.
- TRTory Rysnik4 days ago1.0Do not use this place. My girlfriend brought her car there and we started noticing oil spotting on the ground a month later (contrasted to the snow). After we had the car towed, it was discovered the oil pan drain plug had been over torqued to within an inch of its life by the last person that did the oil change (they put a new drain plug on at Valvoline). We had to pay up the you know what for a new oil pan plus labor. After we filed a claim, they said the oil leak happened before we got service there and they denied our claim. The manager Corey has little to no customer service skills. They don’t really care about you or your car. They care about their quotas and $$. You’re better off going somewhere else. I’ll be trashing them to all my friends and family every chance I get from now on.
