  I waited over 3 hours to have a tire changed and it was brought in not on vehicle easy dismount and remount and balance. All three times when I dropped off 3 guys standing outside second time same thing then I was told when it’s done I would get a call no call finally went back at 4 pm and the gentleman was trying to figure out who my tire belonged to

  The staff and management of my Tire Warehouse in Milford, NH is wonderful! They are punctual, accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They remember what customer service is and demonstrate it unlike many businesses these days. I highly recommend them for all of your tire needs.

  Tess and Brian very are pleasant and gracious people to work, and have the best prices in the region. I have bought many tires there, having them mounted and balanced, with great experience. Skilled technicians with great attitude. I plan on always using them in the future.

  Not once, but twice, the Customer Service Team and Technicians helped, on very short notice, address tire repairs for my family. Most recently my daughter coming home from college with an air leak that they found time to quickly repair on a weekend. They also have helped me select the right tires, at the right price many times and would recommend Tire Warehouse of Milford to anyone looking for a good product at a very reasonable price supported by an amazing team of professionals!

  Who doesn’t hate buying tires? Right? Listen, there is a weird way of buying tires here. I will say that the prices by setting up an appointment online are not what you will pay… guaranteed. I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday after finding out the tires are said to be IN STOCK on the day before… I show up… tires are not there. “Oh well” I say, “when can you have them in?” “We’ll set you up an appointment for Wednesday and we’ll call you when they show up here and you can come in down” “Perfect!” No phone call Wednesday…”welp, I’ll call them tomorrow” It is now Thursday. I had to call them so they can finally let me know my tires are in. The price of the tires changed since I booked my original appointment on Saturday. I screenshotted everything and showed them my phone, guy tells me “you have to have an actual paper copy of a quote from here or a competitor but I’ll knock your total off 11 bucks.” ALL IN ALL. This wonderful team had my tires done in record time. And I mean record time. I sat for a total of 20 minutes TOPS Rich behind the counter = great guy and is totally underpaid. Give that guy a raise. I overpayed I feel like, by 10 bucks at the end of the day. But who’s going to argue after that amount of time to wait for tires to be put on your car. Sketchy? Mabye a little bit on the corporate end. In house work? 10/10 tire techs are also underpaid and deserve a pizza party. I will be back to slap rubber on my car in the summer. With some paper quotes of course, this isn’t over yet. Live free, or die
