  Truck which was plowing for the state during a storm. Picked up a metal rod in the front tire. Causing an air leak.Took the tire in. They were very helpful. They had a replacement tire in stock. Within a few minutes I had the new tire and we were back to work and finished plowing the storm. Very professional courteous and extremely helpful.

  I had a alignment done said it was all good to go it was a lot worse and who ever did it round my tie rod I get it my of been pretty stuck but when I called to say hey can I have a refund ur tech destroyed my tie rod first response I got was how dare you excuse one of are techs you don’t know anything bout cars and said they didn’t destroy my tie rods they where like that what’s a lie bc I just had them replaced so they where pretty much brand new and telling me I know nothing bout vehicles is funny bc I’m a HEAVY DIESEL mechanic so I work on huge tractors and excavators so blows my mind who ever that old grumpy guy is pretty funny to tell me that worse place ever

  Once again I received 5 star service at the Milford Tire Warehouse! I had made an 8 am appointment online, but unbeknownst to me I had chosen the wrong size tires for my car. Charles called me at 7:30 am to let me know to expect changes in my selection & was extremely knowledgeable, honest & direct with me when I came in for my appointment. I waited just under 30 minutes for 2 tires to be installed. As the new tire selections were more expensive than anticipated, Charles kindly waived the Road Hazard Protection fees. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for tire services and highly recommend them!

  I'm so glad I found Tire Warehouse! Absolutely amazing staff! Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The whole package here! Had the tires I wanted for a reasonable price. And had them there for my appointment, which was the very next day after calling. Informed me of multiple payment options if needed. Had my tires done so fast, I was shocked! For real! Lol. Highly recommend them! Thank you all so much!! .... Also, fyi... even though my initial call went to a call center, (which btw, they were super nice and friendly), as soon as I had a question they couldn't answer, I was immediately transferred to the local location in Milford. .... :) :) :)

  The place has gone downhill from previous excellent customer service. My recent tire purchase experience was very frustrating as the staff seem completely clueless about what they are doing. Is this the result of a lack of proper training? I do not know. After three visits to the Milford location I had to visit their store in Derry to finally have someone with experience properly program my tire pressure monitoring system. I will not be dong business with the Milford store ever again. I had a female friend who also recently did business with the Milford store and not only was she disrespected by being called "honey" but also experienced the same frustrating dismal service with the Milford location. She had to visit the Hudson store to get her tire pressure reading problem solved. Stay far away from this Tire Warehouse location unless you enjoy wasting your time!
