    Clarified free installation before purchase. Once 'gold' battery was purchased, they took a look and retracted their statement citing the installation was too complicated and would be very risky, and too hazardous, nearly impossible for them to get in their and do the swap. (Shouldn't they have done this before they sold me a battery?) They did allow me to use their tools, and I swapped it out in about 5 minutes. So, not so impossible after all. Also, I had a silver battery, upped to gold, but the gold was physically smaller and equal per advertised spec, at best, to the silver version. I asked if we could bump it up to a larger gold version, but the manager stated it would be a hassle, then stated he would do it if I insisted. I didn't insist. I just did their work, and now am done with this store for good. About 10 years of doing business with them, but as most customers are aware their service has been circling the drain for some time now. I'm just a small customer but, time to find a better store to bring my business to.
