I ignored it until I had a mechanic family friend look and my oil filter was not screwed on all the way which in return covered my engine in oil and my battery. I have no idea the damage done but im waiting on a call back about my claim. I would think if I’m trusting a company with my car for a simple oil change they would double check their work. Extremely disappointing and I don’t recommend. Once I hear back I will Not go to them again and honestly any shop. I’ve had bad luck each time and I no longer trust anyone. I will be getting anything and everything done by a family friend mechanic. Do not go to this shop on south willow street. $150 just to damage my engine and I’m lucky it wasn’t any worse. EDIT: I got a call back and they offered to clean up my engine so we will see how that goes. They at least sounded nice on the phone but I’m still weary about them.
