    Survey Comment: The team that worked on my car (David is the tech I talked to who worked with Kiley and Evann) did a great job of changing my oil, topping off my fluids and doing an overall check of my car. David offered me a number of suggestions regarding keeping my 2014 Subaru Forester in top shape. When the service was complete the Manager Brandon checked in to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I was very pleased with the service and the $15 off coupon was just frosting on the top.

    My check "tire alert" went off. I wanted my tires to be checked. The service manager told me it would cost me $9.99 for them to do so. I agreed. The technician checked the tire pressure standard on the inside of the drivers door. Then I was asked the mileage. I said about 100k. She wanted the exact amount because this information goes on carfax. Carfax? WHAT?? I want the air pressure in my tires checked. That's it. Just air in my tires because I am in my 70's and I just have such trouble doing so myself. I left. Carfax does not have to be alerted when my tire pressure is off. Why is Valvoline making this a major workup?
