  The team at Supreme Car Rentals was super friendly and helpful. They had the perfect vehicle for a family trip to see the New England Revolution game. They made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we were renting and made sure to go over some of the features within the vehicle. They are a great local company that cares about their customer. Highly recommend over the national chains

  Supreme Rental truly lives up to its name! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. The equipment/vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great prices, excellent service, and a company you can trust. I’ll definitely be using Supreme Rental again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience.

  I have consistently supported local businesses. Initially, the situation presented challenges, but the management team demonstrated proactive efforts to address these issues and ensure my satisfaction. I am eager to provide them with a five-star rating for my next rental if all proceeds smoothly. I highly recommend their services due to their effective handling of the incident and their ability to resolve the matter satisfactorily. I intend to rent from them again within the next month and plan to have one of their luxury selections transported from their other location for a father-daughter weekend. I eagerly anticipate my next rental experience with them to be outstanding as my last one ended on a good ending. I will also say it’s nice to see a business actually take customer service seriously and not like most places these days where staff treat customers horrible.

The vehicle was spotless, ran perfectly, and was exactly what I needed—no surprises, no nonsense. Their team is responsive, easy to work with, and clearly cares about delivering a top-tier experience (a rare find in rentals these days). Pickup and return were effortless, pricing was fair, and the whole process felt premium without the usual rental-car headaches. If you’re debating where to rent from—stop looking. Supreme Rentals is a 10/10 and I’d recommend them to anyone who values quality, reliability, and excellent service. I’ll absolutely be using them again. 🚗🔥

  Rental went well for the most part but when I went to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday the gate was locked and had to call twice to have someone come and unlock the gate. It was very cold out and the person sent to unlock the gate did not even work for the company but was asked by them to open the gate for me. Also had rented a Honda CRV as I was picking up alot of boxes out of state but what they had for me was a Honda Ridgeline pickup. Since there was no one there to talk to i went with the pickup. Luckily we were just able to fit all the boxes
