  I recently had battery draw-down and oil-leaking issues with my 1994 Ford F-250 4X4 truck. I was very satisfied with the timeliness, affordability and workmanship of parts and labor for the diagnoses and replacement of the battery, intake manifold gasket set and valve cover gasket set.

  Redman's is the best! I was referred to them by a friend after moving here from out of state. I am not a car-savvy person, nor am I well educated on really anything having to do with automotive repair or maintenance. If you say words about car repair to me, it will probably be met with a blank stare. I cannot put into words how meaningful and trustworthy my relationship with Redman's has been, as somebody who could easily be taken advantage of. I had previously only had my Subaru serviced by Subaru Dealerships, because I was told "that's what's best," (with most of my invoices being at least a grand), but I can clearly see now the difference a relationship with an honest mechanic makes, who wants the best for the person behind the wheel, not just the price tag on an invoice. Redman's has never made me feel stupid, and has explained every step of something I don't understand. I've never felt taken advantage of, price-gauged, or feel like they've pushed unnecessary services. Their customer service is top-notch; they've fit me in for last-minute appointments if I've been anxious about a sound my car is making, and they've gone out of their way to remedy mistakes that I've made for myself - I had made a tire change appointment to switch my snow tires over, and the morning of the appointment I realized I did not have the snow tires in storage like I thought I did (must've tossed them after last season). I called them in tears saying I needed to cancel the appointment because I'd messed up, and Don told me to bring my Subaru in anyways - he found a very nice pair of gently used snow tires at an incredibly reasonable price that he went to go pick up himself for me that morning. I've been taking my car on long drives, a trip from NH to TN and back, and more recently a trip from NH to FL and back. Before each trip I had my car checked over by them to ensure that it could safely make the distance without hiccups. I was able to safely and confidently complete both trips, and I absolutely credit Redman's for making that possible. I cannot say enough positive things about their quality, care, honesty, or customer service - they are truly the best of the best and all around some of the most wonderful people.

  Amanda is the best! They took my vehicle in for front brakes and had the job done in fashionable time and the pricing was great! Donny and the crew are FANTASTIC! No beating around the bush here!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!! THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS!!!

  Highly recommend Redmans! Friendly staff and good communication. Quickly diagnosed and repaired a complex issue with my Subaru. Also fixed an exhaust leak, car runs much quieter now.
