I didn’t know what to do as this is not a normal automotive request, I attempted to take care of it myself. I was told by Ace Hardware that perhaps Monro could help. I walked in not even sure how to ask for help for this, and the associate was so kind and so helpful. He told me he could get my car up and remove the hanging piece. Not only did he do that but also secured the rest of it with bolts so I would not have any other problems. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this person who worked at Monro and they gave secured all future automotive repairs for me for the forseeable future. Thank you!
