We then called 2 more times to confirm that we would be able to use a cash app debit card in order to pay for the rental car. When we arrived at the airport to pick the vehicle up, they then said that they denied the card due to it being a cash app card. We spoke with the manager, and he ended up being very rude to my husband, and said that he was done talking to him, and that they do not have to help us. They then called the police at the airport. The police came to talk to my husband and I and confirmed that this manager was being incredibly rude, and had no grounds to call because we had done nothing wrong. We were very polite, and tried working with them. When the manager came out, within a second he was already being rude and disrespectful. I will 100% not be recommending this enterprise location.

After a week they simply just gave me the money back with nothing more from damages of over 1 - 2 months of them WRONGFULLY holding over $1,600 of mine. This location is garbage and a complete scam. The manager of the facility initiated the entire exchange. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
