The New Hampshire DMV called your people on my behalf to make sure the language I was trying to communicate was understood, and they still sent the wrong device. This created major chaos for me, I am not happy with your service at all. When I call your customer service center, I can't understand what they are saying, their broken English is virtually impossible to understand. Finally, I was about to sign the lease for the device, however, it is really confusing and then when I checked my account I found I was $90 in arrears and the device hadn't been installed. Really confusing.
