    The guy at the counter was, rude and lamed things in the lady who took there tal agreement, wouldn't take my credit card, and and told my husband to pay then all of a sudden needed a light bill who in the hell brings a light bill. When in reality all we were told we need was a NH driver's license from thesamestat our bank was in and we did. I was renting the car no idea why things changed.

    this place used to be decent but they changed staff and now they are terribly incompetent terribly unreliable avoid if possible. it's not really a professional office. they will randomly close to have long lunches, give out reserved cars, put you in unsafe cars, etc.

    For the most part they will take care of you. My company has a national agreement and most leaders rent for 30 days at a time and basically have a rental car year round. However, this location had someone new working when I asked to be upgraded to something with AWD for winter. They wanted to charge my company significantly despite all the business I and my company give them. Instead, I put new tires on my personal vehicle and will not be back to rent from them until spring. What a dumb business decision for a small branch! Beyond that, this is the White Mountains and it’s winter. You should put the safety of your customers first.
