- SSSharon SupleeNov 12, 20251.0My brother, Bill, visited last Wednesday afternoon for an oil change. Usually not an issue tagging our pups along, but on this visit we were told to hush our dogs. They weren't barking, just whining a bit because they spotted another dog the customer next to us had in their vehicle. Both of us had dogs but seemed like the other customer was favored over us. He got to roam around the service area as he pleased and gave the techs his own product to use at little to no cost? (That seems like the way to go but wasn't aware that was allowed). It would just be nice to know all of our options for service and to be treated equally.

Yelled at me as I pulled in. Had me rub my tires along the medal rail as I pulled in. No one ever checked my lights or showed me my oil after they changed it. Didn’t see anyone top off my fluids or check my tires. The manger had a lot of trouble putting my air filter back in my car. Slamming things as he tried to do it. God knows if it’s still in tact. I have been bringing both my cars here for years and always had great service. I even had to ask for them to reset my oil light. Not sure I’ll be back.

The technicians Eric, Zack and Caleb communicated the details of my vehicle in a way that I could easily understand. After Eric explained to me the different options available, I really felt like I got the best deal I could find for the quality. I will be recommending this location to my friends, and returning for later service.

I was having a hard time finding quality service for my audi so I took a chance on just getting an oil change at Valvaline before taking a 12 hr drive. Seth clearly has a passion for German cars and I felt comfortable enough to get a little more work done while I was there. They weren't pushy and weren't trying to sell me a bunch of BS which I appreciate because that's what everyone does these days. Seth is very knowledgeable and Explained everything to me in detail. This will surely be my new "go to" spot when I'm in NH 6 months a year. Car is driving much better now! Thank you!
