- SRSergei RibakJan 4, 20261.0So I have ALWAYS had amazing experience at any Valvoline, doesn't matter what city or state even all the way in Texas. I decided to take my car in for an oil change (needed air in my tires too!) I am deaf and the atmosphere was awful, every single employee we saw looked like and acted like they hated their job, didn't even bother looking at me when talking. They all looked depressed, but that wasn't the main issue. They filled my tires and then had to touch up and fill them again, the paper read 35 front and back but uhhh my sensors (they are not wrong I checked the tires myself after) say one tire had 37 another 30 another 33 and another 32. These people are so incompetent and the oil change was extremely expensive, just go elsewhere I will never go here again, I just moved to laconia and am setting roots I would have been a customer for many years, nope it was like a cloud of depression and just unqualified techs.

Absolutely no accountability held on behalf of these people claiming 230° oil temp is normal, changed the oil myself 5 days later and all my issues went away...stay away from this shop and have real mechanics do your work. Wasted money and they refuse to give me a refund.

By the time I got home it was hanging down, and when I called, they not only denied responsibility but actually told me that it was not something they did. I was stranded with a loose skid plate, underneath my car, trying to fix something they messed up so I could even drive back to them without damaging it further. When I returned, they had no explanation beyond blaming “old hardware,” even though I’ve had countless oil changes elsewhere and never had this issue. No apology, no accountability, no compensation but just attitude and told me I could take it to court. I paid $100 to leave with more problems than I came in with. The service was negligent, dismissive, and openly rude. If you value your safety, time, money, or basic respect, especially as a woman, go literally anywhere else.
