To no fault of the store, the part wasn't available which has been a common thing with owning a Toyota. I'd defintely come back here for future parts/assistance.

I’ll return the order when Reggie is working and I will no longer be going here for anything unless I deal with Reggie! Ps The second worker, I tried to talk to was standing inside the building smoking probably not a great idea in an auto parts store. I went back today to get my part returned and Reggie did the return even though he was clearly agitated with my review yesterday. Stating “ohhh you’re the bad review the other day.” I responded “yessir” and apologized for leaving a review when I’ve always had great service with him. today that changed. He informs me that he got a bad email because of my review (that’s not my problem). At the end of the return he informs me that if I have any problems in the future I will likely not be able to return anything accusing me of returning stuff often (this is the first thing I’ve returned). I won’t be coming back because of the hostility. Which that really sucks because this is the closest auto parts store to my house.

At other stores (like Ace Hardware), being the last person in the door often feels like an inconvenience to the employees, but not here. They are ALWAYS super accommodating and genuinely pleasant to work with! Great crew and always have what I need!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
