  Extremely professional service. There was only one person at the desk and there were 3 or 4 of us trying to check in. The man was never flustered and he served each one in turn with patience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt confident that I was getting reliable information. My vehicle was ready for pick up at the estimated time. I would highly recommend this location.

  Have gotten three sets of tires here for two different vehicles and have never had an issue. Recently, a set wore down quicker than the warranty advised and they took care of getting money back for us from the tire company. Saved me what I'm sure would have been a hassle. Great team to work with.

  I ended up coming here after a bad experience at VIP Tire, and I’m so glad I did. This team was amazing from start to finish. They took the time to show me the inside of my other tires and explained how a bad alignment caused uneven wear, which ultimately led to my flat. They walked me through four different tire options, being completely transparent about pricing as well as the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how honest and informative they were. They even gave me a discount to help with the cost, which meant a lot after a stressful day dealing with my car. On top of that, their service was incredibly fast. Even with several customers ahead of me, my car was done within two hours. I can’t thank this team enough—this is easily one of the most transparent and trustworthy shops I’ve been to.

  Work quality meets expectations; had to hound them a little for them to actually get the job done. Needed a simple patch/plug. Initially dropped off loose wheel as a walk-in around 10am on a Friday. Told me they would get to it that day; didn’t end up happening so I picked it back up and made an appointment for the next business day (Monday). Dropped it back off at a similar time on day of appointment. Appointment was at 11am, hadn’t received a call by 2pm; so I called get a status update. Guy at the desk said 3 people had picked it up and put it back down without doing anything. He explained that given the wheel construction (aftermarket “feaux-beadlock”), tire removal needed some extra caution to not damage the wheel (totally fair, and thank you), and only a couple of their technicians were capable of that. However, the job was done by the end of the day, and it has held since.

  We bought new tires and had them installed. Nice group of workers but unfortunately not enough attention to detail and customer service training. There were several reasons why I will not return to tire warehouse after this recent experience. Confusion on the appt I set a few days in advance, forgetting to do the alignment they had suggested (I reminded them) and then when they did it, finding issues with the alignment but then telling us that the guy who could fix the issues wasn’t in that day (so we paid for it but now have to go and have the issues fixed somewhere else). We paid for tire recycling fee and found the tires placed in the back of our car. I’m not even mentioning a few other things here. The workers just need some customer service training and a checklist on how to have a good transaction with a client. I think they are really understaffed and they just need to slow down and sort things out.
