  Tim and his crew did an outstanding job putting new Contis on my car. I was convinced it had an alignment problem after a recent service and rotation. After the tire replacement, the tech said the alignment was dead on and needed no adjustment. 100% right on. The tires were just that badly worn. Thanks again! The car rides awesome now!

  Absolute trash customer service. I was booked an appointment to do spark plugs Sunday got all the way there for them to tell me they couldn't do it but could do it today. I called them today and they say again they can't do it now not until Thursday.. Terrible service I was told only 1 person there can change spark plugs and they weren't in idk how you can even run a business that way...

  Terrible experience. I preordered tires online through Gigi Tires and had them shipped to this location. I had already prepaid for both the tires and installation, so I should not have owed anything when I arrived. However, the general manager didn’t know how to apply my prepaid installation fee, and I ended up having to pay out of pocket again for the service I had already paid for. On top of that, I asked them to reprogram my tire sensors. They told me all my sensors were “dead” (even though I just purchased this car) and said I needed to pay $80 per tire for replacements. I strongly believe the sensors only needed to be reprogrammed, not replaced. I literally just bought the car. While discussing the situation with the general manager, he made a comment about his location needing to generate profit or meet a financial quota. This was extremely concerning, especially since I was being asked to pay out of pocket for a service I had already prepaid for. I really paid the $600 just to get out of there and get my car back. In total, I paid $600 just for installation and sensors—despite not even buying the tires from them. $600 for labor and sensors alone is completely unreasonable. I highly do not recommend this location. The whole experience was just terrible.
