  I ended up needing my first rental for an unforeseen incident. When being helped the associate lied about the additional insurance cost stating it was a one-time cost and not a daily rate. At the end of my reservation I was charged $1.1K. All associates who helped initiate my dispute were all let go from Enterprise and now the company is claiming for wrong doing and will not refund my fees. I would never recommend getting a rental from Enterprise.

  I had accidentally left some items in one of their vehicles, and they were so professional and curtious on helping me retrieve my items.
