I went in for a routine oil change on my new vehicle and ending up being there for over an hour because the clumsy worker dropped my oil cap into my engine. It took every employee looking and banging on my truck to find it. There were no apologies, only eye rolling and rude attitude from the employees, including the woman who seemed to be in charge. It’s crazy that I payed over $100 for this.

Even when I asked to go on the manufacturers oil change schedule, they put me on Valvoline's, which is 3000 instead of 5000 miles. More money for Valvoline! When I questioned them, I was told that this particular motor tends to burn oil. The car has 28,000 miles on it and does not burn oil, if it did, I would top it off, just like I've done for 56 years.

- KHKevin HumphreysNov 9, 20251.0Went in to have $600 rounded off work done transmission flush was done the transmission fluid was extremely low less than 30 miles of drive time my wife went back to Keene they said it was low they added more I went to rindge vavoline they had to add more to the transmission fluid stating I was almost 2 quarts low blown transmission was forced to buy a new vehicle I went back to Keene very next day they did another transmission flush receipt said the wrong fluid was added the gentleman who was writing up the slip wrote they didn’t put the wrong fluid in on third receipt except the problem was the guy wasn’t there the day before so to me he was trying to cover up the other persons mistake I live in troy nh and have to travel to concord nh daily I had no other choice missed a night of work no other transportation had to trade in my truck for another vehicle I never had a problem always been great but when lack of transmission fluid if fluid at all topped twice same day once in Keene my wife had to go there and me going to rindge vavoline and get another 2 quarts added wrecked my transmission definitely lost a loyal customer I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and talk to a lawyer the service has cost me $40,000 with new loan debt
