  Whatever you do stay as far away from Kevin as you can. If it werent for Steve I would stay as far away from this place as I could. Getting ahold of anybody in the store is impossible. I have had bad experience with this place 2 out of 4 times. First time I came in to get my pressure sensors installed and Kevin gave me an appt but never actually scheduled it, but Steve made it right. Kevin also quoted me the wrong price in the work but again Steve made it right. Went in today after dropping my car off last night it wasn't ready, 1 hour before they closed. Apparently my mistake, according to Kevin, was making an appointment with Steve. Apparently I wasn't going to get a call about my vehicle at all and I had to physically drive down to actually talk to anyone. Anyway, evidently that was my problem because Kevin had a bad day, his words. Hopefully Steve or somebody with a bit of customer service can help me tomorrow.

  Horrible wait time wife and I have been customers for years and will no longer be using this business understand business is understaffed but no excuse to have and 11 am "appointment" and at 145pm still have my wife waiting in waiting room for 4 tire install absolutely ridiculous

  Two thousand thirteen subaru outback went in for a alignment as the car was shaking a bit. Alignment did not fix the problem. Mechanic stated warn control arm. Alignment performed should have never passed.

  People were friendly and great! However, the place was swamped and definitely not enough help! One negative aspect however, Is that when one calls, it goes to another another service, which i think is overseas?? Anyways, they totally made a mess of my calls. Almost decided to go else where. When I asked for a call back, never got one. The order was wrong, and when we took the hour drive to Tire Warehouse in Keene, they had no record of my tire order, or my appointment. How to reschedule for another day.

  THANK YOU STEVE AND TO.ALL WHO ARE IN YOUR WORK FORCE... I ORDERED MY TIRES IN SEPTEMBER BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE 4RD OF NOVEMBER...EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY.AS I KNRW IT WOULD.. INSTEAD OF USING MY DEALERSHIP FOR THEIR TIRES AND REBATES... I STAYED LOYAL TO TIRE WARHOUSE... I'VE NEVER IN A L MY YEARS OF BEING A CUSTOMER BEEN DISSATISFIED 1986 - 2025 IM DEDICATED TO HONEST FARE PEOPLE WHO WORK VERY HARD TO DO THE BEST JOB THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PREFORM THANK YOU STEVE THANK YOU TO YOUR TEAM
