  Communication wasn’t the most clear to confirm my tires had arrived. I had to call twice after being told twice that they would call me to let me know when/ if they had arrived. Other than that, it was great service, friendly staff, accurate timing for what we were told and better cost than we found at other places around town. Overall very happy with the experience, just could have been better communication

  Since doing business with Tire Warehouse I been extremely happy with their services. The people there have been friendly and accommodating in depth explanations about my vehicles needs.

  Kelly provided excellent service. He showed us why our tire could not be repaired and explained very clearly. He took the time to educate us, he seems very knowledgeable. And unexpectedly he did not charge us for his time. I would recommend he receives a raise!!

  I went in and after talking with the guy at the counter he told me it would take about 45 mins. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. I talked to a different person at the counter and apparently whoever was working on my car, just put the new tires then went to lunch without telling anyone. This person did not balance or do any other steps after. The store was short staffed so the other employees didn’t even know they had went to break until sometime later. After finding this out, they were very respectful and informing me of every step to resolve this issue as fast as possible.

  Great Service by Kevin and Kelly. Shop support was also excellent. Great Cooper Tire for my BMW X5 Diesel. Drives great quiet, solid traction. Always buy from this reliable source
