  The staff is professional and changed my tires over, balanced and cleaned bead surface of rims. They did good work. They are customer oriented. They are open later than other tire service stores in the area. This is very important regarding customer work schedules. Thank you.

  What an absolute waste of time. Called well in advance for 2 tires on sale. Showed up day before appointment and they had sold the tires I ordered. Only tires available were two more expensive tires. Oh well order them for tomorrow and get it done. Show up the next day 40 minutes before closing and my car was not done and they had not received my tires. No phone call no heads up and no way to try and work it out. Now I'm porked because snow hit. I have to wait 3 more weeks for tires and pay more for tires because everyone's busy. Will never go back, complete incompetence from back to front.

  I called what though was the keene store yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my tires swapped, I was told there was an opening at 10:30 the next day. Upon arrival to the store the manager informed me that the call center (a eurasain company that tire warehouse house corporate had chosen to outsource to) had taken advantage of me and my appointment was scheduled before availability had even been checked. Apparently this is not the first instance of this happening to tire warehouse customers, it seems as if it has been going on for years now. There was a time when the keene store had its own team of phone operators and schedulers on sight, now all this planning and work has been outsourced to companies that are not even in this country. Tire warehouse continues to lose customers at an exponential rate and chooses to "give the system a chance" instead of fixing what is very clearly broken. My family has been life long customers of tire warehouse and its sad to see that the corporate fat cats are choosing the easy and cheaper way out, paying a "call center" if you could call it that, to produce subpar work and at the same time expect their technicians to produce 125% their normal output. The only saving grace about my tire warehouse experience today has been the customer service I received FROM THE STORE EMPLOYEES! The manager was wonderful to work with, answered every question I had, very informative. The other employees working were friendly and upbeat even with these unfair and absurd expectations being put upon their shoulders. Thank you LOCAL employees at my LOCAL tire warehouse for working with me and getting me a proper appointment, and shame on T.W corporate for dropping the ball so hard time and time again, if your doing your best its not good enough.
