    5 stars for the manager Tim who was friendly, kind and communicated well. He really made the experience positive for me and I would recommend this business because of him. They were even able to get my tires from Chesterfield in the same day so I could get the buy 3 get 1 free deal and not have to reschedule. 4 stars for the mechanic that broke one of my TPMS off and delayed the appt by an hour. They did give me a new one for free however and it wasn’t a big deal.

    I appreciated the quick scheduling and winter tire swap. From the time I called for an appointment to driving away with the tires bolted on was only a few hours. Now I’m ready for winter!

    Over the phone I was quoted 120 for a winter tire change over which is average for the area. This apparently did not include the labor which made the total $160. I was very clear exactly what I needed over the phone and not including labor felt very sneaky. I will not be returning again.

    I like to order tires from Tire Rack, since I can see people's reviews, get tire information easily (e.g., warranties), and see ratings for different conditions. I don't look for recommendations from someone selling me tires, since there's an obvious bias. Anyways... During the buying process, Tire Rack suggested I go to Tire Choice to have the two tires balanced, mounted. There are several places in Keene that can do this, but the only place Tire Rack listed was Tire Choice, so I went with them, having the tires shipped directly to Tire Choice. At the appointment, the manager warned me it might take awhile as they only had three mechanics and a lot of work already. He did verify the quoted installation price from Tire Rack beforehand. It took 1.5 hours, but I didn't mind waiting, since the manager warned me, and I brought a book. Overall, the manager was courteous, the work was done according to the quoted price, and the front tires are still on the car! A good experience.
