  PLEASE DON’T ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO SCAM YOU OR A LOVED ONE, I STILL HAVE A CAR THAT DOES NOT HAVE BACK GLASS AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME I AM BEAT, WE HAVE A VERY FAR REACH, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA, AND WE WILL BE EXTENDING OUR CONCERN VERY FAR. WE HAVE ALREADY GOT 60 PEOPLE TO NOT USE SAFELITE. PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE WORDS DO NOT USE THEM.

  OK, this is not going to be a nice review, My fiancé works up at mount sunapee ski resort for vail resorts, She went to work about eight days ago maybe 10 days ago she came out after working a 12 hour day got into our 2013 Chevy Impala. She started it up and she said she heard a weird noise she got out of the car walked around. it looked at the rear windshield. It looked like somebody used our trunk as a table for their skis or snowboard and put their skis or snowboard through our back window. Nobody left a note. Nobody said anything there’s no cameras nothing we can do other than pay for another windshield so people around her Work did a GoFundMe or actually passed a jar around and we got help to pay for it so the day comes we scheduled the appointment five days ago they put a new rear windshield in the car. They left in 10 minutes after they left I went down looked at the Work was not happy at all it was goop everywhere and a huge scratch or crack down the left side of the glass. I took pictures and I sent it over to the manager and he basically said my guys did a great job but they didn’t because here I am five days after they replaced a glass. I’m sitting here with a shattered rear windshield they were supposed to come days ago. They canceled that appointment and made it for a later date. I told them there was things that were wrong so I called them this morning. They said we’re gonna have to change this to a work order and I will see what I can do to get the price down wait hold on is what I said and I said the price down what do you mean then I lost service. Nobody called me back so here. I am no money and now no car because the work they did was horrible and I am not one to complain but now I can’t get to work. I’m gonna lose my job. I’m losing money and I’ve already lost my patience until somebody does something. I’m telling you guys please do not use this company. There are other places that are cheaper with better customer service and they just do all around better Work.
