  All staff are friendly and knowledgeable and easy going. Cars are squeaky clean, reliable and very well maintained and of good quality. If I were going to purchase a good used car I would go to Enterprise! They even gave me a ride home. I have been going to Enterprise since around 2018 and highly recommend them. Best car rental around.

  The car was a wonder. Clean, no damage, great gas mileage: That being said. I have been charged 4 TIMES for tolls that should’ve firstly come out of the “deposit” and certainly did not cost 126$, I was charged for an airport fee that didn’t exist because we didn’t go through to any airports while we had the car. That was corrected but it was like pulling teeth. Staff has not been helpful with the toll situation and has repeatedly sent us to some random call center where we have sat on hold for over an hour multiple times. As much as the rental itself was seamless.. the return and unhelpfulness of the staff has not been. You really need to figure your stuff out, Enterprise because this is not acceptable.
