I have been charged 4 TIMES for tolls that should’ve firstly come out of the “deposit” and certainly did not cost 126$, I was charged for an airport fee that didn’t exist because we didn’t go through to any airports while we had the car. That was corrected but it was like pulling teeth. Staff has not been helpful with the toll situation and has repeatedly sent us to some random call center where we have sat on hold for over an hour multiple times. As much as the rental itself was seamless.. the return and unhelpfulness of the staff has not been. You really need to figure your stuff out, Enterprise because this is not acceptable.

Only improvement I suggest is the windshield cleanliness. Most vehicles windshields need to be cleaned multiple times to remove streaks, residue, saliva! from the initial cleaning process. Could be better.
