  I didnt know what to expect on a Sunday. Other places that sell and install tires either didnt have availability or the tires I needed. Tire Warehouse came through and had the tires put on in 20 minutes. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting me on my way. Super happy with the outcome.

  My tire was slowly leaking air. I called tire warehouse today and they got me An appointment same day. I was in and out within just a few minutes. They found a couple of screws, patched and repaired it really quick. Definitely will return here again for any other tire needs.

  Fantastic experience! I brought my car in with a nail in the tire, the donut was already on the car. They were able to patch my tire and put it back on for FREE! I was so appreciative! They were quick, efficient and so nice! I will be back!

  So rarely in this climate do businesses truly embody customer service, but the guys down at Tire Warehouse in Hooksett, NH are a happy exception. It was inspiring to see how organized and efficient their operation was and their genuine interest in making sure that I was take care of did not go unnoticed. Thank you. If you want your tire needs addressed, not just promptly but with customer care at the forefront, then Tire Warehouse in Hooksett, NH is your only choice.

  The Bad: Called to get pricing on switching winter to summer tires on wheels. Pretty simple request at any tire shop. Got connected to a call center, clearly not in the US. They were unable to answer any question I asked, read from a script and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Thanked them for their time and said I'd be on my way to the shop. The Good: Loaded my wheels into my vehicle and drove to the shop. No appointment. Friendly greeting from the shop manager. Two technicians helped me unload the wheels. Respectful and professional. Once the tires were mounted one of the techs made recommendations on wheel position because of the amount of balancing weight. While I was waiting, I observed they treated another customer with the same courtesy and professionalism. I'm a repeat customer and have purchased multiple sets of tires there over the years. If you want to keep good customers, lose the call center. Staff appropriately and let the subject matter experts handle it. Thank you
