  Today I left with a new (to me) car! I had the smoothest experience. I worked with Richard and he was so helpful and personable. I really enjoyed my time with Merchant Auto today! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my visit! They were recommended to me by my sister and now I am recommending them to YOU!! Wonderful service, smooth process, and never any pressure. Very happy overall ☺️

  I had a fantastic experience working with Richard Roy while purchasing my car. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Richard was honest and transparent about my options, helped me find a vehicle that fit both my needs and my budget, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His communication was excellent, and he followed through on everything he promised.

  On March 2023 I purchase a 2020 jeep wrangler and I feel like I got screwed over the deal I thought it was great at the time but now I am trying to lower my payments and I can't because my appraisal is coming back at 13,000 and I still owe 38,000 on my jeep If I had known my truck was going to depreciate that much I would have not bought the jeep. I am hurt and disappointed with merchants and now I'm left paying a high payment and there's nothing I can do about it. I am saying this so others can be aware and not get into a situation like mine. I wish some of these dealerships would be more honest and not about money.

  Very dissapointing experience. Bought a 2023 truck that was supposed to be delivered, it wasnt so I had to call out of work to pick it up. To find that its interior was never cleaned like was promised or at a half tank of gas( barely above empty). The truck immediately got a check engine and needed an alignment that I had asked for, since the half bald tires were merely rotated instead of the issue being addressed. Overall not what I would expect spending that kind of money with them. Would not recommend and definitely won't be going back. Though I rated higher due to the finance member being very helpful, while the sales member was the only interested in making the sale and false promises.

  Purchase and sales agreement sent through 3rd party app. Requested fee and subscription to unlock so i could forward it to my bank, try to call, never available. Then a second 3rd party app sent by merchants to process my deposit from 2 states away. That app declined to process my payment 7 times, my bank found no issues on our end. All afternoon on the phone sent to different voice mails, never a salesperson other than the receptionist. I Couldn't get anybody on the phone. The answer was always.. .."he is at lunch." , but it was 3 oclock in the afternoon. I got pissed off and took my 33,000 dollar sale elsewhere. The Singer family would never tolerate this. Long time customer, never again.
