  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Manager and staff very helpful and performed the tire installation without any issues quickly and smoothly. Very satisfied with the service and price. I will return whenever I need tires or related services. Website needs lots of work as it list Monroe and tire warehouse at separate addresses and phone numbers for 1 location. It also directs you to tire rack primarily instead of the store.

  TW was able to fit me in, last-minute when my car had a flat and there were run flat tires nowhere to be found. They had one and put it aside for me. I was in and out in about half an hour. I took off a star for a couple of things. One, the call center that picks up when you call for an appointment is just not even helpful. The night before, she told me the earliest they could get me in was 11am and that she would then transfer me to talk to the store manager about availability and cost of the replacement tire. I was transferred and the manager had ZERO idea why I was calling. I had to explain what I was looking for, the tire size, etc. Thankfully he had the tire and was able to offer me an 8:30am appointment, instead of the 11am one the call center said was the earliest they had. It worked out for me, but what's the disconnect between the call center and the actual store? Two, the place is pretty dingy - The carpet in the waiting area is disgusting, it's cold and uninviting, there's no TV, and the bathroom is straight up nasty. I had to take my toddler in there to use it and after trying to touch nothing, we tried to wash our hands but there was no soap. Just gross. The sink was all stained and there were splashes and splotches of god-knows-what on the walls. The service was great, but the state of the place really needs to be improved to feel comfortable and welcoming (and clean) to customers.

  Purchase of tires and installation was seamless however the alignment was a mess as they aligned it with my steering wheel still tilted to the side and I had to go to a different tire Center to get it corrected!!
