  Seriously overcharged!!!!!! Prices on parts were 2 times retail prices, parts were purchased at the parts store just next to them. plus additional labor. Staff showed no concern for this and claimed to be all temporary staff. $1300 for pads and rotors!!!!. Invoice shows about 1 hour labor. Multiple other shops in town have estimated the job at 800 or less. We were told the tires were rotated while off and they definatly were not. We understood they would do an alignment for the qouted price and they did not. I fully intend to pursue this. This was deliberate. I checked the RETAIL prices on the parts at Autozone where they told me they came from. Keep in mind they get a discount on the parts. Monroe charged Double or more from the RETAIL price. They said labor was baked into that...... however then charged additional labor at $180hr. When I went to pick up the truck and they told me the price I asked for the itemized invoice, they staff was resistant to this wanted me to swipe my card before giving me a print out. I had to press the issue to get it first. When questioning the prices as I own 14 vehicles and know what this should cost. I was given a run around and multiple diffrent excuses. Then told they were temporary staff and didnt control that. As mentioned. I was told labor was baked in to the parts prices, yet they charged additional labor separately also. Nothing made sence. As one other review says this was a money grab. Rest assured Monro. Wrong guy to do that too. Everyone will know. Make it right. Quickly.

  Waste of time. Called and scheduled an appointment for an inspection drive all the way there for the inspection and they just say they can’t do it. Why would you schedule the appointment then? No phone call or email saying they couldn’t do the appointment or anything

  Where do I begin? My husband ordered tires from Tire Rack and this place was recommended for the install. We had them delivered to the shop and we had an appointment for install a few days later. I showed up for my appointment and was told there was no mechanic there. And that he is always late. I was told he should be there in about an hour. Ok?! So I head across the street to shop to waste some time. I head back, go back to the counter, put my keys up, they confirm the information and then said you got your tires delivered here? I confirm. They went to check. She came back to the lobby and said they weren’t there. And was told they must be being delivered later, so we schedule an appointment for the following day. After speaking to my husband, he confirms they were delivered and signed for. I walk BACK in and they look again. Receptionist and mechanic. Both say it’s not there. So my husband calls Tire Rack who calls the shop personally and lo and behold they find it. At this point I had driven down the street because I need coffee. I turn back around and go in and they throw my tires outside and say I have to go somewhere else for installation because the tire installer is not in. The mechanic accused me / us that we told them the wrong tire size. I’m like excuse me? Not to mention my name is on the tires. The mechanic was incredibly rude and told me the tires are mine to take and go Tire Warehouse. Obviously this mechanic didn’t feel like doing his job on this particular day. Do NOT recommend. I wasted 2 hours of my life today.

  The manager this week was very helpful with a jump pack, as well as helping me to charge.My battery on my phone help me with an emergency situation.My alternator died, and they were able to help and fix it right away.If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask these guys
