  Waste of time. Called and scheduled an appointment for an inspection drive all the way there for the inspection and they just say they can’t do it. Why would you schedule the appointment then? No phone call or email saying they couldn’t do the appointment or anything

  Where do I begin? My husband ordered tires from Tire Rack and this place was recommended for the install. We had them delivered to the shop and we had an appointment for install a few days later. I showed up for my appointment and was told there was no mechanic there. And that he is always late. I was told he should be there in about an hour. Ok?! So I head across the street to shop to waste some time. I head back, go back to the counter, put my keys up, they confirm the information and then said you got your tires delivered here? I confirm. They went to check. She came back to the lobby and said they weren’t there. And was told they must be being delivered later, so we schedule an appointment for the following day. After speaking to my husband, he confirms they were delivered and signed for. I walk BACK in and they look again. Receptionist and mechanic. Both say it’s not there. So my husband calls Tire Rack who calls the shop personally and lo and behold they find it. At this point I had driven down the street because I need coffee. I turn back around and go in and they throw my tires outside and say I have to go somewhere else for installation because the tire installer is not in. The mechanic accused me / us that we told them the wrong tire size. I’m like excuse me? Not to mention my name is on the tires. The mechanic was incredibly rude and told me the tires are mine to take and go Tire Warehouse. Obviously this mechanic didn’t feel like doing his job on this particular day. Do NOT recommend. I wasted 2 hours of my life today.

  The manager this week was very helpful with a jump pack, as well as helping me to charge.My battery on my phone help me with an emergency situation.My alternator died, and they were able to help and fix it right away.If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask these guys

  The mechanic was upfront and precise.. No hiding cost or second guessing. His insight on what to MIGHT need addressing in the future wasn't just told to me ....HE SHOWED ME. .... He wasn't all stressed and knew I was , so his relaxed approach made me feel very comfortable on getting the work done immediately. The price quotes were lower the prior 2 I got earlier. SOOOO it was a no brainer. VERY SATISFIED!!!! I WILL BE GOING BACK ! Thanks 😊 ( the work I had done was brake lines $$)

  Advertised free alignment checks. When I called I specifically asked about getting my alignment checked before deciding to pay for an alignment. When I went in for appointment I once again checked with the desk that I'd be getting the free alignment check first so that I wouldn't be paying for an alignment unless I actually needed it. I left, they did the full alignment. Never called me with the results of the check to ask if I wanted to go through with the alignment. Alignment was like less than 1% off so I would not have chosen to go through with it had I been called with the results of the check like I was expecting. Like I said alignment was barely off and was not related to the issue I was having so now I'm out $130 and still have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed.
